Abstract
Electrical capacitive tomography (ECT) is a promising technology in the visual detection of industrial process parameters. The traditional ECT image reconstruction algorithm uses the solution method based on the sensitivity theory, but the reconstructed image has the problems of low accuracy, large information error and low resolution. An ECT image reconstruction model with L1 and TV regularization is proposed. Based on this reconstruction model, an image reconstruction algorithm is proposed by combining Split-Bregman iteration and TV soft threshold filtering. In this algorithm, the projected data is initially reconstructed through the optimized Split-Bregman iterative algorithm, and then the TV soft threshold filtering is used for the second reconstruction of the reconstructed total variational model. Finally, it is judged whether the convergence threshold is met. If it is met, the reconstruction is finished and the reconstructed image is output. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the simulation experiment, which proves that the proposed algorithm is superior to the traditional image reconstruction algorithm. Meanwhile, the comparison of several evaluation indexes shows that the proposed algorithm has obvious advantages. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively remove artifacts and protect image details in image reconstruction.
