Abstract
National policies encourage industrial technology upgrading, the development of independent intellectual property rights for testing instruments, and support breakthroughs in key technologies for in vitro diagnostic instruments, devices and reagents. The deepening of China's ageing population will bring more demand for medical diagnosis. Based on the background of intelligent medical treatment and home medical treatment, this study is committed to using blockchain technology, Internet of things technology and wearable technology to build a portable ECG monitoring system, so as to realize the local storage and upload of users' ECG detection data to the cloud, and real-time monitoring and preservation of ECG data.
