Abstract

In order to analyze the interaction between the grass square laying device and the sandy soil during the laying process, a 3D dynamic finite element model of the blade and the sandy soil was established in ABAQUS finite element analysis software for dynamic display impact simulation analysis. Study the impact on the sandy soil under different sinking speed cases. The results show that: With the sinking of the cutter, the higher the stress value of the sand in contact with the cutter, the more powerful the deformation; during the rolling of the cutter, the stress value at the original point will tend to fall and then rise, and eventually level off. Comparing multiple speeds, when the forward speed is 0.56 m/s, the cutter sinks at 0.35 m/s, and the quality of the grass square laid is the best, which will not cause the collapse of sandy soil. It provides some theoretical reference for the subsequent application in the actual project.
