Abstract
Over the past few years, as pollution has become increasingly severe and sources of greenhouse gases have come under national scrutiny, the logistics and transportation industry has come to rely on conventional energy vehicles to meet transportation needs, but emissions from these vehicles have become the biggest contributor to damaging the air environment. In the field of logistics and distribution electric vehicles are considered to be a green alternative to traditional fuel vehicles. However, due to the shortcomings of its driving range, long charging time and imperfect charging facilities, it is difficult to completely replace traditional fuel vehicles at this stage, and the current situation of mixed fleet of fuel vehicles and electric vehicles for logistics services has emerged. At the same time, the vehicle path problem of simultaneous pick-up and delivery with time window is a common mode in the field of logistics and distribution, which can make logistics enterprises fully improve the vehicle loading rate thus enhancing service efficiency and reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution. Based on above, this paper considers fuel consumption, carbon emission, driving speed, tram capacity and charging time of fuel vehicles, and establishes a bi-objective optimization model that contains fixed cost, fuel consumption cost, carbon emission cost, charging cost, including total operation cost and penalty cost minimization of time window violation. To solve the problem, a multi-objective whale optimization algorithm is designed.
