Abstract
Improve the automation and efficiency of hoisting and handling. According to the on-site process and technical requirements, the intelligent hoisting system is designed, and the core machine is developed on the test bench. The application of PLC, servo, configuration and other automation technologies to the development of intelligent hoisting test-bed. The core is the program design of mechanical arm, clamping device, auxiliary suction cup, hoisting, handling and positioning. After testing, the test-bed can realize the variable shape and type of parts, safe and reliable, automatic and flexible work, convenient operation and strongn adaptability.
