Abstract
Machine tools refer to the machines used to manufacture machines, which play a significant role in the modernization of the national economy. When cutting some steel plates, cutting machines are used, and currently there are two drawbacks to cutting machines. Firstly, the laser cutting head needs to be replaced after long-term use, and multiple bolts on its mounting base need to be removed. This disassembly process will reduce work efficiency. Secondly, during cutting work, the protective cover and steel plate are in rigid contact, which will generate significant friction. This not only affects cutting quality and cutting speed, but also has poor sealing, making it easy to generate cutting sparks and splashes. In response to the above issues, a new type of laser cutting head quick installation structure has been designed, which can not only improve work efficiency but also better protect operator safety.
