In order to detect electricity theft in a timely manner, an ultra wideband large dynamic range logarithmic linear Schottky diode detector has been designed. By using a voltage doubling structure detector to increase the detection range, and using a bandpass filtering circuit to improve the S parameter. The final bandwidth is DC-3GHz, S11 is less than -12dB, and the logarithmic linear detection range is -30dBm-30dBm.
