Abstract
With the increasing concern for environmental protection around the world, the application of green certificates in all walks of life is gradually increasing. As a recognition and record of a specific sustainable development practice, the accurate classification and label allocation of green certificate issuance text is very important for realizing the sustainable development goal. In order to improve the classification accuracy of green certificate issued text, a multi-label classification algorithm of green certificate issued text based on blockchain technology is designed. Multi-label dimensionality reduction is carried out on the green certificate issued text, and the text label vector is extracted. Based on blockchain technology, the labels are clustered and the training set is modified, and a classifier is introduced to design a multi-label classification algorithm for green certificate issued text. The test results show that this algorithm has high accuracy, low redundancy and high response speed. It is proved that this method is suitable for the application and processing of green certificate issuing text.
