Abstract
In this study, a comprehensive electronic component performance optimisation system is constructed using an improved Genetic Algorithm (GA) and a reliability allocation process method based on a cost function is proposed to further improve the reliability design of electronic circuit systems. This method is based on the reliability design of electronic circuit systems, which considers factors such as component lifetime, reliability and failure rate. By optimising the reliability allocation, the study can achieve more reliable electronic circuit systems, reduce the risk of failure, increase the product lifetime, as well as reduce maintenance and repair costs. Not only does it improve the performance optimisation capability of the genetic algorithm, but it also provides an effective methodology for the reliability assignment process, which offers a more comprehensive solution for the design of electronic components and circuit systems. This will promote faster, more reliable and cost-effective product development in the field of electronics technology, helping to meet growing market demands and reliability standards.
