Abstract
For new energy and DC to replace a large number of conventional units, the system's moment of inertia is reduced, and the burden of traditional frequency modulation method is increased. In this paper, VSG inertia and damping coefficient adaptive strategy is designed, and the adaptive parameters are adjusted. According to the characteristics of the wind storage system based on three dynamic frequency indexes, the day-ahead scheduling control strategy is designed, and the adjustable standby capacity of the wind storage system is obtained. Finally, when the frequency deviation exceeds the threshold value, real-time scheduling analysis of frequency parameters, considering three frequency dynamic indicators, the frequency adjustment coefficient and frequency modulation capacity of each part of the Wind energy storage system are optimized, and the optimal allocation results are obtained. In IEEE4 computer system, the adaptive inertia forward real-time scheduling control strategy designed in this paper is compared with other frequency control strategies, and the superiority of the proposed strategy is verified.
