Abstract
One of the factors to evaluate the health status of asynchronous motor is the motor parameters, in order to better maintain the health of the motor, parameter identification is very necessary. The mathematical model of asynchronous motor parameters is established, and according to the mathematical expression of the model, a multi-parameter off-line identification system of asynchronous motor is proposed. The system uses the inverter resources of the motor, controls the inverter output specific test signal through the control algorithm, obtains the state signal in the static state and the no-load running state, and obtains the off-line motor parameters in the motor model through calculation. Although the principle of the method is the same as that of the traditional experimental method, it does not need to change the original structure of the motor, is simple to operate, easy to realize, and has high accuracy. It can be used as the initial value of the motor health state estimation. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed multi-parameter off-line identification system.
