Abstract
This article conducts research on the protection of data scarcity in various forms and proposes a practical approach. This method involves the creation of a novel data model, which not only incorporates the original dataset but also encapsulates security safeguards, ensuring both data scarcity and data security. To enhance data accessibility and flexibility, we introduce data interfaces, allowing users to conveniently manipulate and process data. Furthermore, since data comes in multiple formats, we have designed the approach to be applicable to a wide range of data types. To demonstrate this, we have employed text, image, and audio data, treating them uniformly for ease of future use. This further establishes the applicability of the method to most data types.
