Abstract
Real-time simulation is an important means to verify the reliability of renewable power stations. Considering the deficiencies of the current real-time model and simulation platform of renewable energy stations, this paper develops a real-time simulation model for PV power stations, and proposes a CPU-FPGA real-time simulation interactive method suitable for CPU-FPGA hardware platform. First, based on the simulation characteristics of each part of the PV power station, the model is constructed on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and CPU respectively. The parallel simulation of PV power generation unit is carried out on FPGA. Then, the CPU-FPGA simulation platform is built, and the communication framework is built based on the Aurora optical port protocol to realize the data interaction of the size step. Finally, compared the RTDS cross-unit model, the correctness of the proposed simulation method and communication framework is verified.
