Abstract
Aiming at the construction difficulty in the installation of main equipment of primary loop for high temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration power station, this paper carried out design and application research of main equipment adjustment device. Through the principle of combining hydraulic lifting with jacking, the overall scheme is compared and selected, the design principle is determined, the design scheme is completed, and the lifting load and operation accuracy requirements for adjustment of the heavy pressure vessel cylinder, the metallic reactor core casing and the steam generator are meet. The results of the thesis have been applied to high-temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration power station, solving the need for precise adjustment of primary equipment of the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration power station, and provides ideas and application experience for adjustment of heavy equipment in other nuclear power plants.
