Abstract
Real-time monitoring of circuit breaker mechanical characteristics enables early diagnosis of gradual mechanical failure, ensuring stable and reliable operation. This involves studying multi-physical intelligent sensing and wireless sensing technologies, integrating intelligent monitoring methods with multi-state variables, and developing compact online monitoring devices. A dynamic simulation model and deep learning-based calculation method for circuit breaker mechanical characteristics are proposed. Finally, a real-time diagnosis and evaluation method incorporating circuit breaker parameters is developed, along with a new management system for accurate analysis of operation state.
