Abstract
Since the introduction of fiber lasers, their application scenarios have been expanding, and people are demanding more and more power enhancement from fiber lasers. High-power lasers with adjustable output modes are an important direction for the development of fiber lasers. It also faces the challenge of mode control difficulty in high-power operation of fiber lasers. If the mode can be controlled in high-power operation, it will be a major breakthrough in the field of mode control. In this paper, the photonic lantern is combined into the high-power fiber laser adaptive control system, and the mode control ability of the system in high-power operation is studied through the method of simulation analysis. The results show that the high-power system can realize control of the fundamental mode and high-order mode, and the control effect is good.
