Abstract
Urban rail transit system has significant advantages, but with its rapid development, noise and vibration problems caused by wheel polygonal wear are becoming more and more prominent. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on this issue, but no consensus has been reached on the mechanism of wheel polygonal wear. In summary, it is found that scholars rarely take the coupled vibration of the wheel-rail system into consideration when studying the wheel polygonal wear, while the P2 force resonance in the coupled vibration of the wheel-rail system will have a serious impact on the wheel-rail system, such as the wheel surface defects and rail wave grinding, and even trigger the failure of the vehicle and the track components, which threatens the comfort and safety of the vehicle operation. This paper establishes a dynamic model of a certain type of metro vehicle, predicts the wheel polygonal wear, and explores the influencing factors at the same time. Elaborate Hertz wheel-rail normal contact model and Fastrip wheel-rail contact model, establish Archard local wheel polygonal wear model, according to the actual line speed curve and fasteners laying situation to set up the working conditions, the use of wear model on the wheels of the 13˜14th order polygonal prediction of the reproduction, analysis of the impact of the vehicle speed on the wheel polygonal wear for the underground wheel polygonal prevention and control recommendations. The prevention and control of wheel polygons in the metro are proposed.
