Abstract
The outreach of China's cultural and creative industries has been growing in recent years, playing a positive role in improving China's economic structure and promoting economic development that cannot be ignored. Meanwhile, China has paid more attention to the development of the cultural and creative product design industry, and has successively introduced several policies to support the cultural and creative product design industry, which has greatly enriched the types of cultural and creative products and services. In the construction of a knowledge graph for cultural and creative product design, domain characteristics need to be considered. This article focused on the characteristics and practical needs of cultural and creative product design knowledge, and designed a knowledge system to optimize knowledge extraction, fusion, storage, and supplement knowledge. A knowledge graph of cultural and creative product design was established to achieve understanding, retrieval, recommendation, Q&A, and decision-making assistance for cultural and creative product design knowledge. However, further research is needed to enrich relationship types, theoretical knowledge and multimodal knowledge, expand knowledge sources, improve quality evaluation and control, and strengthen the construction, sharing, and collaboration of sub domain knowledge graphs. The experimental results indicated that the semantic expression accuracy of the four aspects of clear definition of concepts, accurate description of relationships, semantic reasoning, and semantic linking in ordinary information retrieval systems was between 40% and 79%, which was not as high as the accuracy of knowledge graph systems
