Abstract
The modern test range requires a portable, highly accurate tracking mount to provide time space and position information (TSPI) for data analysis. The manufacture of such a mount requires: a design for accuracy and producibility, a meticulous attention to error reduction, and precision measuring techniques to evaluate true accuracy.
