Coherent time-domain spectroscopy is used to determine the conductivity of Ba0.6K0.4BiO3 in the millimeter- ana submillimeter-wave regimes. Both the real and imaginary parts - which exhibit BCS-like behavior, including a conductivity peak below Tc - are directly found without employing Kramers-Kronig analysis.
