New possibilities of photochromic glasses ceramics for integrated and gradient optics have been shown. The ion- exchanged technique for waveguide fabrication was developed. T he waveguides with gradients of refractive index, absorption, and photosensitivity were made. Photoinduced light absorption effects and photosensitive properties of these structures have been studied. Spacing and polarizing selectors of waveguide modes were made.
