The purpose of the study is to develop an algorithm for choosing the optimal combinations "consumer-manufacturercarrier" for use in the information-control system for the distribution of fuel pellets. To achieve this goal, a mathematical formulation of the problem of managing the process of biofuel distribution over a set of functioning states was formulated. The restrictions of the task are described, the fulfillment of which is mandatory for the system to be in a state of normal functioning. Criteria for synthesizing optimal and quasi-optimal control solutions are given. A system of production rules has been developed that ensures the formation of a variety of manufacturers and carriers capable of providing the consumer with biofuels with specified quantitative and qualitative characteristics. The scientific novelty lies in the developed algorithm for the synthesis of control solutions as applied to the distribution system of fuel pellets from producer to consumer.
