Scientific & research interest in three branches:
1. E-beam high value demagnification and uniform transmission in electrostatic focusing systems.
2. Theoretical development of wave-method in crystal growth technology for growing large crystals.
3. Theory and systems development in measurement technology.
2008 – 03/2014: Staff Scientist, and manager of the electro-optical lab; Atti, Hauppauge, NY.
Development and Design of the Multiple device shaping uniform distribution of current density in electro- static focusing systems, Patents: US, WO, EP, CN.
Designed E-beam profile measurement method for MOMS and full multiple measuring system with optional Faraday Cup. Developed hand calculation method for designing LiNbO3 RF crystal resonators, which is not limited to this application only.
Before 2008
Theoretical development Methodology of Growing Gigantic Sapphire. A new wave-method in crystal growth technology for all refractory crystals with extended size. CRT’s - electrostatic focusing systems for performing Laminar Electron gun, and Electro-vacuum device. Published papers, patent USSR.
Developed systems for measuring parameters of lasers and e-beam rays, design based on acoustics-optical method. Published papers. Developed a uniform focusing system for electron linear acceleration systems for an x-ray tube. Theoretical development of temperature pulse in multilayer materials, and thermo elastic fields in sapphire. Developed systems for measuring parameters of lasers and e-beam rays, design based on acoustics-optical method. Developed qualitative theory in measurement systems based on adiabatic invariant theory and mathematical modeling of stochastic differential equations in a dynamic measurement system using Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov equations, given by theoretical analysis of the noise probability distribution.
Co Editor Journal of Soviet Laser Research (USA) and two books in VNIIOFI.
60 Publications including 10 patents.
