Stress relaxation performance is an important performance indicator for evaluating elastic materials or components. The accuracy of relaxation testing machines directly determines the accuracy of the detection results of relaxation tests, which affects the effectiveness and reliability of the detection results. For a long time, the calibration work of the relaxation testing machine has not been carried out, and the testing and testing institutions cannot grasp the accuracy of the relaxation testing machine equipment itself. To achieve the calibration of the relaxation test force value system, the requirements for calibration parameters were clarified, and a calibration test for the relative error of force value indication was designed, and its uncertainty was evaluated.

Carry out research on calibration technology for cement mortar strength flexural and compressive testing machine. On the basis of clarifying the test force as the main calibration parameter, the measurement performance requirements of the relevant parameters are put forward, the calibration method is designed, the measurement standard instrument is developed, and the uncertainty evaluation method is formed. The research results lay a foundation for the calibration of the test force of the cement mortar strength flexural and compression testing machine and improve the reliability of the cement mortar strength test results.
