In order to improve the utilization rate of loading space, a model of online packing problem was established. In this paper, we introduce an advanced technique for incorporating heuristic knowledge distillation into reinforcement learning agents. Our approach utilizes a two-stage learning process, where a teacher model, trained with heuristics, guides a student model in acquiring knowledge directly from the environment through reinforcement learning. To assess the performance of our method, we applied it to a logistics loading scenario, addressing an online packing problem in simulated world environments. Experimental results revealed that our method outperforms both the heuristic and conventional RL models, highlighting the effectiveness of the heuristic knowledge distillation architecture in enhancing RL agent performance across diverse settings.

In view of the prominent personalized demand of the domestic cigarette market and the increasing demand of cigarette marketing activities for five-drawer type cigarette smoking, this project is based on the small package forming production link of the traditional operation process of cigarette production workshop, aiming to keep the completely independent innovation intellectual property rights for the factory. Develop a set of experimental platform based on SIEMENS five drawer type product smoking packaging molding -- with five drawer type product smoking box packaging line operation function, can effectively replace manual packaging, improve the consistency of product quality and packaging efficiency.
In order to realize automatic folding molding of label paper packaging of heating and non-burning cigarette double aluminum package, a label paper folding molding device of double aluminum package is designed by concept of nonstandard design. The device is mainly composed of label paper conveying mechanism, glue spraying mechanism, manipulator picking and packing mechanism, label paper folding mechanism, label paper drying and forming mechanism and other components. Through the conveying and glue spraying of the package label paper, the robot hand picks up and packs the double aluminum packages transmitted upstream, folds the paper and dries and molds the package label paper, so as to realize the folding and molding of the heating and non-burning double aluminum packages and label paper. Test of "MC" heating and non-burning cigarettes produced by Yuxi Cigarette Factory was carried out. The results showed that the developed heating and non-burning double aluminum package label paper folding molding device operated stably and reliably, and the qualified rate of appearance quality reached 96.8%, and the sensory quality evaluation was good. This technology can provide support for flexible production of cigarette special-shaped packaging.
