With the continuous development of our economy and the rapid development of national infrastructure and computer industry, the development of discharge control system for concrete mixing station plays an important role in improving production efficiency. As the core module of concrete mixing station, unloading system of concrete mixing station has shortcomings of high labor intensity, slow speed and easy to occur accidents in manual operation. Therefore, the research and development of unloading system of concrete mixing station based on machine vision has important application value. As an important component of the concrete mixing station system, this paper analyzes the problems of traditional mixing station unloading systems based on the mixing station structure and unloading methods, and uses visual algorithms to perform mixing station unloading operations and compare them with manual operations. Improve the efficiency of system unloading, increase the intelligent diagnosis function of the system, and reduce enterprise operating costs.

The rapid development of China's social economy has led to the wide application of all kinds of modern machinery and equipment, among which industrial robots are relatively common production equipment. They can effectively improve production efficiency and production quality, have the advantages of good flexibility, high safety factor and low production cost, and change the problems existing in traditional production activities. Therefore, industrial robots have been widely used in the automatic stamping production line in various industrial fields. Based on this, this paper analyzes the key technologies of industrial robots and industrial robots, and also expounds the application of industrial robots in the automatic stamping production line.
