The methods and technologies of integrated digital monitoring and forecasting of the ecological situation of the Baikal natural territory (BNT), related to the identification of man-made factors, including pollution through the atmosphere, acid precipitation, which affect the biodiversity of Lake Baikal, rivers and reservoirs of the BNT, primarily on the Baikal endemic species inhabiting these reservoirs, are considered. The concept of digital transformation of scientific research of environmental problems of BNT using a digital platform, as an open system of algorithmized network interaction, accumulating the latest methods, technologies and providing access to large volumes of spatial and temporal data, services for their processing, as well as digital tools and services, is proposed.
