During the course of my career I have been involved in a variety of programs in both the operations and development environments, which has afforded me the experience to have a unified vision of product development.

I have been fortunate to use this base of experience to develop a broad understanding of how lasers can enable a variety of business segments, and implement strategies that grow those segments into new areas. I use my knowledge base and interpersonal skills to develop and lead teams of engineers and program managers through prototype and development, and the transition to production systems.
