Copper based alloy is widely used to manufacture shaped charge liner. Limited by conventional manufacturing technology, complex liners are hard to produce. While the additive manufacturing (AM) is capable to produce parts of almost any geometry and intricacy. In this paper, the CuSn10 bronze shaped charge liner was manufactured by AM technology and the penetration performance of the liner was analyzed. Experimental results show that the liner made by AM technology could be applied under high stress-strain conditions, the penetration depth of CuSn10 liner is 18.9 % larger than that of traditional copper liner.
