Based on the intelligent optimization algorithm, this paper attempts to solve the complex contact stator guide curves of curve hydraulic motor. Use the Gold Algorithm (GJO) to improve the particle group algorithm (APSO) that is easy to fall into the optimal problem, and a more advantageous Golden Jackal Particle Swarm Algorithm (APSO-GJO) is obtained. By comparing the global and local optimal solution accuracy levels and convergence speeds of the three algorithms, it is proved that the improved particle swarm algorithm has excellent fast convergence and the ability to find the global optimal solution, which has a significant effect on the optimization of the contour guide curve of the equal contact stator.
Based on an analysis of the functional structure of the multi-way valve, this study determines the test items according to relevant test standards and requirements. It establishes a mathematical and simulation model to optimize the test process by shortening the test time for multi-way valves. The Gray Wolf algorithm is selected for optimization. To overcome limitations in the basic Gray Wolf algorithm, this research incorporates the good point set method, weighted distance updating, and variable neighbor searching algorithm to enhance the algorithm's performance. MATLAB simulations demonstrate the improved Gray Wolf algorithm's superiority.
For traditional accumulator test bench energy consumption, high single pump drive load, test stability, the degree of automation is not high, human-computer interaction is not friendly, designed the double accumulator alternately discharging energy to recover energy accumulator test bench, using plunger motor, pump and energy storage accumulator jointly drive method, reduce the single pump load, improve the test stability, and based on the LabVIEW developed a visual interface, realize data collection, processing and graphics preservation function.

In order to solve the problem that there are many multi-way valve test items and the test steps are cumbersome, a set of multi-way valve intelligent test system is designed in this paper.According to the test requirements, the corresponding hydraulic system and electronic control system are designed, and the measurement and control software with multiple functional modules is developed based on Labview.The software has a login module, a sensor parameter setting module, a sub-menu module, a data query module, and a main menu module.The test results show that the function of the test system is perfect, and the test results meet the user's requirements.
