The photoelectric detection system of clutch driven plate is proposed in this paper which used two CCD cameras for
detecting the riveting quality and nonparallelism of the clutch driven plate with the computer system for controlling and
processing the imaging data. It is obtained the overall structure of the photoelectric detection system, given design
parameters of optical system, presented the image processing algorithm. The clutch plate size by detected is
160mm-430mm, the detection resolution is given 0.1 mm. The experiments is proved that the detection rate of riveting
quality and nonparallelism detection can be achieved 100% .The system of structure is reasonably simple, low cost, high
reliability, and it is suitable for the automatic production installation.
With the development of human computer interaction, lip reading technology has become a topic focus in the multimode
technologic field. However, detecting and locating lip accurately are very difficult because lip contours of different
people, varied illuminant conditions, head movements and other factors. Based on the methods of detecting and locating
lip we proposed the methods which are based on the lips color extracted lip contour using the adaptive chromatic filter
from the facial images. It is not sensitive to illumination, but appropriate chromatic lip filter is given by analyzing the
entire face color and clustering statistics of lip color. It is proposed the combinable method which is preprocessing the
face image including rotating the angle of face and improving image contrast in this paper and the lip region is analyzed
clustering characteristics for the skin color and lip color, obtained adaptive chromatic filter which can prominent lips
from the facial image. This method overcomes the varied illuminate, incline face. The experiments showed that it
enhanced detection and location accurately through rough detecting lip region. It lay a good foundation for extraction the
lip feature and tracking lip subsequently.
This paper describes a kind of automatic test technology of the parameters used in a dual-CCD TV measure-system (TV-MS) .The TV-MS is the ground control equipment of the anti-tank missile and integrates the technologies of optical, machine and electronics. It is important and key component. The main technical parameters of the TV-MS are field of view, zero point, precision, sensitivity, anti-jamming ability, zooming time and focus time, etc. To insure the TV-MS satisfying the tactical and technical requirements and discover fault and reason, a fast and accurate equipment satisfying the test technical parameters of the TV-MS is urgently needed in manufacture and service. Firstly, the parameter test system converted optical signal to electronic signal, implemented automatic control of the invariant illumination of parallel pipeline output. Secondly, data and command delivering, displaying or printing are realized by using 80C196KB. The experiment result shows that the approach of automatic testing of the Parameters used in a dual-CCD TV-MS is successful and it can be used for all tests of the functions and parameters of the TV-MS. The main innovations are to realize the fast, veracious measure of technical parameters of the dual-CCD TV-MS, and integrate the technologies of optics, machineries and electronics. An advanced means is provided to judge the technical states, find malfunctions and discover the reasons in producing and maintaining process. The equipment suited for anti-tank missile systems is given.
This paper presents a method for detecting and tracking of low contrast targets. The new method uses an integer-type lifting wavelet transform and the proposed method doesn't extract patterns similar to a template, but finds parts having the same feature in the targets. We utilize one of integer-type lifting wavelet transforms that contains rounding-off arithmetic for mapping integers to integers. The lifting term contains parameters that are learned by using standard training images of targets. We assume that the targets include many high frequency components. In order to obtain the features of the targets, the lifting parameters are determined by a condition that high frequency components are vanished in wavelet transform. But the condition cannot be determined by the parameters wholly. So, we put an additional condition of minimizing the squared sum of the lifting parameters. The advantage of using integer-type wavelet transform is simple and robust to noise. Simulation illustrated the approach can detect and track the moving targets in dim background. We would test our algorithm in the TV tracking system.
