Madhuri Mishra is a research scholar at the Centre for Research in Nanotechnology & Science at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Her research interests include the deposition, characterization, and fabrication of wide-bandgap thin films/nanostructures for deep UV detector applications. Also, she is interested in working with semiconductor devices like detectors, LEDs, sensors, etc. She has obtained an MTech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University Kanpur. After completing her MTech, she worked as a Sr. Project Technical Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. She has served as president of the SPIE IIT Bombay student chapter during 2020-21 and as a Secretary of the SPIE IIT Bombay student chapter during 2021-22. She was also a member of the Editorial Board of SPIE Career Lab 2020-2021. She was a member of the Early Career and Student Subcommittee (ECS) 2020-2022.
