The Sulfur hexafluoride leakage alarm sensor can be used as an electronic sensor to detect Sulfur hexafluoride and oxygen content in the indoor environment of switchyard at various voltage levels. It is the core component of the Sulfur hexafluoride leakage alarm system. This paper first introduces the performance of SF6 gas and the working principle of SF6 density relay, analyzes the causes and detection methods of SF6 gas leakage in electrical equipment, and proposes a calibration device of Sulfur hexafluoride leakage alarm sensor based on SF6 pressure monitoring device (mainly SF6 density relay). Adding control device, shunt device and alarm device on the basis of traditional container can effectively improve the calibration efficiency and quality, which is of great significance for optimizing the prevention and management of Sulfur hexafluoride gas leakage. At the same time, the safety standards for the operation process have been improved, achieving intelligent and efficient operation, saving labor costs, and can be used as a reference for safety technology for similar operations. It can be effectively promoted to more fields and create greater corporate benefits for enterprises.
