Infrared scanning temperature measurement system is widely used in the monitoring of rotary kiln surface temperature in cement, metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries. It is an effective technical means for production enterprises to monitor the calcination process of rotary kiln. In view of the complexity of underground pipeline in most production enterprises, the difficulty of digging in the field and the high cost of construction, an infrared scanning temperature measurement system based on wireless transmission is proposed. The system uses WLAN wireless transmission technology to replace the traditional wired data transmission scheme. Within the coverage of WLAN network, point to point wireless data transmission is implemented. Compared with wired transmission, this method has the advantages of simple and flexible installation, and it’s easier to maintain.
