At present, a large number of electronic machinery and equipment was launched into military or civilian field.
Such kind of equipments can rotates and moves precisely under control of micro-electronics device. It is an important
task how to measure space position change of the mechanical parts. And it only can be proved by test that whether the
space position change value of action parts meted the specification requirements. And the test must satisfy some
accuracy requirements. In response to the test demand, we have developed out a system based on of photoelectricity
theodolite. The system belongs to non-touched device, it is convenient and precise to use. In large-scale Space position
changes with high-precision demand test mission, We think this method is the most feasible so far.
