A lightning forecast method based on potential forecast is proposed to solve the problem that only radiosonde data and potential forecast can not accurately predict lightning prone areas. By collecting transmission channel, the history of urban distribution network lightning observation data, combined with the static mesoscale numerical model forecast products with technology and real-time altitude detection data analysis, through comparative analysis of grid real-time lightning observation after correction, finally get of the potential forecast more accurate than traditional lightning is 0 ~ 72 h potential forecast results. The research results realize the active defense of lightning damage in power grid, guarantee the safety of power grid and reduce the economic loss caused by power failure to users.

Distribution network communication operation and maintenance platform rely on communication network. The distribution network substation needs to obtain distribution network operation data configuration through communication network. The reliability of communication network directly affects the protection performance. Therefore, there is a need to establish a communication network that is reliable and meet protection performance requirements. In order to improve the engineering application of distribution network communication operation and maintenance platform, it is necessary to quantitatively evaluate the data quality of the distribution network communication operation and maintenance platform. Based on the construction background of smart distribution network, this paper studies the architecture of distribution network communication operation and maintenance platform. Starting from the requirements of information interconnection, intercommunication, interoperability and plug-and-play, the description specification of distribution network communication operation is established according to the principle of artificial intelligence data analysis. The unified modeling of protection and control system is realized. By analyzing the business composition of regional protection and self-healing control system of distribution network, the size of network information flow is quantitatively evaluated, which provides a basis for the engineering application of regional protection and self-healing control system of the distribution network. Experimental analysis shows that compared with the traditional method, the comprehensive performance of this method is improved by 10%. The partial performance is improved by 40%, which can support the master-slave regional protection and control business system.
At present, most of my country's 110kV transmission line planning passes through mountainous areas, and the threat of landslides to transmission towers cannot be ignored. This article describes the typical characteristics of landslides, and extracts the causes of landslides based on them. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the weight of each cause to the formation of the landslide is studied, and the stability evaluation model of the tower foundation landslide is constructed based on this. Through the analysis of the results, the principle of site selection for the foundation of transmission poles can be put forward.
Typhoon weather will cause great damage to the transmission line, such as tower falling, line breaking, wind deviation tripping, etc. The research on the response of tower and conductor under wind field is an important topic in today's power grid. In order to study the stability of tower line system in windy weather, this paper models the typical tower line, simulates the tower line model by using the finite element method, and obtains its mechanical response in the wind field; Comprehensively consider the factors that may lead to tower damage under the wind field, and analyze the degree of tower damage and the correlation between various parameters, so as to provide a reference basis for the early warning and transformation of the power department.
