In order to explore a new technology of hydrogen explosion prevention and develop a new type of barrier and explosion-proof material, A study was conducted to examine how diamagnetic aluminum wire and ferromagnetic nickel wire influence the explosion pressure in premixed hydrogen-air. CHEMKIN-PRO software was used to simulate the reaction path and temperature sensitivity changes during hydrogen explosion. The experimental findings reveal that the two kinds of metal wires have dual effects on the hydrogen gas explosion. The simulation results show that the main elementary reactions that affect the temperature sensitivity can promote the explosion.
