Aiming at the problem that excessive temperature of brake disc may cause traffic accidents due to thermal decay, thermocouples are used to measure the instantaneous temperature of vehicle brake during braking, and the accurate instantaneous temperature after interference is obtained through analysis and processing. The heating model and cooling model are established based on the heat conduction principle with friction instantaneous temperature as the parameter, and the final brake temperature monitoring model is obtained. By bench test, the maximum relative error between the predicted result and the test data is 9.3%, which shows that the model is accurate and feasible.
