Reliable operation of the distribution network is an important foundation for the development of the power industry, and the management of distribution network defects is an important basic guarantee for the healthy operation of the distribution network. In view of the current problems in the processing of defects in power distribution equipment, this paper proposes a research plan that uses role authority design and automatic monitoring algorithms to find defects, track and deal with defects. The design plan includes defect statistics and defect whitelist functions. Practice and research show that this kind of design has considerable practical value for the management of distribution network operation defects.
