Abstract
Through the investigation and evaluation of the enterprise's scientific research capability, the important indexes affecting the enterprise's scientific research capability are analyzed and summarized. Combined with the associative memory capability of the discrete Hopfield neural network, the evaluation model of the enterprise's scientific research capability based on discrete Hopfield neural network is established, and the ideal level evaluation index and code are designed. The discrete Hopfield neural network was created by simulation software. By taking the code of the enterprise level evaluation index’s score to be classified as the input of discrete Hopfield neural network, the scientific research capability of the enterprises can be evaluated objectively, fairly, quickly and accurately after training.
