Abstract
The radiation spectrum of CO 1aser has a favourable absorption value for laser surgical effect on bloodful biotissues. This property provides more effective large vessels coagulation than C02 laser radiation. A lower level of CO-laser radiation power, required for surgical intervention, provides more safety and better clinical result.
