Abstract
The energy-saving renovation of buildings mainly includes the renovation of the envelope structure and the renovation of heat supply metering. The envelope structure's energy-saving transformation mainly includes three aspects: energy-saving renovation of exterior wall, the energy-saving transformation of the external windows and the roof's energy-saving transformation. This paper uses ECOTECT energy consumption simulation software to simulate the thermal environment of a residential building envelope energy-saving renovation program in Xiamen, and thoroughly evaluate the energy consumption, discomfort, temperature distribution and thermal comfort of different energy-saving renovation programs. On the premise of comfort, the paper will choose the best energy-saving renovation plan for energy saving. Hopefully, it will provide a reference for the selection and comparison of energy-saving renovation plans for residential buildings in Xiamen.
