Abstract
With the development of electronic vehicle, more and more electronic control units are applied to the automobile. These technologies make the electronic control system more and more complex while ensuring the power, comfort and safety of the automobile. The internal network structure of the vehicle is becoming more and more complex, and the requirements of the vehicle bus are becoming higher and higher. On the basis of fully investigating and studying the theoretical basis of automobile Ethernet and the development situation at home and abroad, taking the current market demand of vehicle industry as the background, compared with the current vehicle network technology advantages and shortcomings, on the basis of fully investigating and studying the theoretical basis of vehicle Ethernet and the development situation at home and abroad, based on the current market demand of vehicle industry, compared with the advantages and disadvantages of current vehicle network technology, a method for verifying vehicle Ethernet Connectivity and real transmission rate of the circuit board, Combining the hardware design of Ethernet is proposed, it explains how to perform safety level decomposition, device selection, and calculation of hardware functional safety related parameters based on ISO 26262 after obtaining the corresponding safety goals. A circuit board is designed to verify the actual connectivity performance and true transmission rate of in-vehicle Ethernet. This scheme is based on the TJA1100 transceiver chip of NXP's Company, and makes use of its advantages of working in Reserves MII mode to design the hardware of BACK-TO-BACK circuit board, with emphasis on building the hardware environment around the TJA1100.
