Abstract
The traditional "smoke detector + sprinkler" can no longer meet the fire safety requirements in large places such as warehouses, shopping malls and airports. Intelligent fire water monitor has been increasingly used in public places. The S7-1200 PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) that developed by Siemens is selected as the controller, the fuzzy PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) control is adopted as the control strategy. By establishing the fuzzy controller in the PortalV15 software, the PID control parameters are imported to achieve the control of water cannon flow. The simulation results showed that the flow control system has high precision and fast adjustment speed, which can be applied to current firefighting.
