Abstract
The heat flux of the explosion field is one of the important parameters to characterize explosion thermal damage power, and the dynamic response characteristics of the heat flux sensor is crucial to accurately measuring the heat flux in explosion field. In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the heat flux sensor used in explosion scenes, the simulation optimization of the heat flux sensor based on infrared detection is carried out. Based on the establishment of the theoretical model of the heat flux sensor, the thermal response of the sensor sensitive element under heat flux load is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the spectral analysis of the radiation from the back wall surface is carried out. The simulation results show that the response time of the sensitive element is reduced to 0.8ms after optimization, and the relative error between the heat flux calculated by the temperature of the back wall surface and the incident heat flux is only 1.75%. The spectral analysis results of the back wall surface provide a basis for the selection of the coating and infrared temperature measurement devices. The heat flux sensor is tested in the calibration experiment, and the experimental results show the rationality of the optimization of the sensitive element
