Abstract
In order to adapt to the needs of double steering axle vehicle steering wheel transverse side slip detection, through experimental research, the key technical parameters of the automobile side slip tester of double steering axle were determined, namely, dynamic value error of ±4%, value repeatability of ±0.1m/km, zero error of ±0.2m/km; the value drift should be controlled within ±0.2m/km; the data acquisition frequency of side slip should be less than 100Hz. The drift of the indicated value should be controlled within the range of ±0.2m/km; the data collection frequency of the side-slip amount should be not less than 100Hz. The technical transformation of the double-plate linkage side sliding table, the double-steering axis side sliding table using the "fast return" method, when the first steering axis through the side sliding table slide, the slide plate back to the initial zero position of the time should not be greater than 300ms. In the case of the "twice positioned" double steering axis side slides, when the first steering axis passes through the side slides, the side slip display should be zeroed within 300ms. The results of the study unify and standardize the technical parameters of the double steering axis side sliding table.
