Abstract
The medium infrared band is one of the important communication windows. Most of the detectors and sensors working in this band are designed and manufactured based on micro/nano lithography technology. In this paper, by etching the periodically arranged circle hole array structure on the metal surface to excite the surface plasmon, the free electrons in the metal resonate with the photons, thus achieving the effects of electromagnetic regulation and transmission enhancement in the infrared band. Furthermore, the electromagnetic control of the response band is realized by stacking the pipe structure above the circle hole. Finally, the material and geometric parameters of the pipe structure are optimized.
