Abstract
The no-load leakage coefficient reflects the effective utilization rate of the total magnetic flux provided by the permanent magnet to the external magnetic circuit during no load, which not only affects the anti-demagnetization ability of the permanent magnet material, but also has a greater impact on the working performance of the motor. In this paper,the analytical formula of leakage flux corresponding to the leakage flux of each part was derived, the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the motor was established, and the no-load leakage flux coefficient of the motor was calculated by using the finite element method and the equivalent magnetic circuit method.
