Abstract
With the expansion of the coverage of the electricity market, the impact of the electricity market operation on the security of electricity supply has gradually increased, and the importance of electricity market operation monitoring has also risen. To this end, based on the summary of previous research results, this paper proposes a set of monitoring index system suitable for the existence of multiple trading time order electricity markets in four aspects: power deviation situation, tariff deviation situation, quotation strategy effectiveness situation and arbitrage situation, and constructs a comprehensive index for electricity market operation monitoring by combining hierarchical analysis method to provide reference for market managers.
