Abstract
This article focuses on the characteristics of ground cluster targets and studies a light multi-target ranging system based on a fast steering mirror. The technology is capable of quickly completing multiple target measuring in the field of view under the guidance of the target detection system. Furthermore, a simulation analysis based on fuzzy PID control is carried out to achieve high-precision control of the fast steering mirror, which satisfies the high-precision indication of the target and lays the foundation for the next physical verification.
